Windy was my first standard and a great introduction to the world of poodles. She was my
constant companion and easily adapted to any given situation. Windy was everything I hoped
for in my first poodle - intelligent, stable temperament, athletic, versatile and affectionate.

Mickey was my first German import. He is sound of body and mind, features a crisp, dense,
true poodle coat. He has a wonderful personality, is always willing to please and never met a
stranger. Mickey has correct conformation, good shoulders, balanced angulation and sound
movement. He is a joy to watch on water retrieves, as he just "glides" through the water,
hardly leaving a ripple. He was owner groomed & handled to AKC points. Some of his
offspring and grand-get re excelling in agility, hunting and other performance venues - asides
from being fabulous companions. Mickey consistently sired people-orientated, athletic, sound
offspring.
He is now retired from breeding. At 12 years old, still happy & active, never misses an
opportunity to hit the water.

Athena is an outstanding example of a Mickey x Windy daughter, she is from the first mating of
those parents. She has her parents' easy going personality, readily adapts to new situations
and has a great working drive. Not to mention their excellent conformation, good
bone-substance and dense, crisp coat. Athena obtained her International Baby Champion title
with ease at the age of 3 1/2 months, with BOB-Puppy placements. She successfully
completed her adult title in May 2004, at the age of 5 years.
Our grand lady has gone into well deserved retirement, remaining healthy at now 10 years of
age, still an avid squirrel hunter.
